As Mike above mentioned, I would bet on one of two things: air pockets still remain in the coolant system-park the car on a steep slope with the nose higher than the rear and re-bleed the system several times. When the car senses that the battery is weak or there is a low charge, it will disable convenience features, heated seats being one of them.
